When I click that link and enter my CPF and currenr Vivo number the website displays that I will get "Vivo Controle 3GB III". What does 3GB III mean and why don't I get 12GB?

Do you have a website in Brazil where I enter for example that TV model and then will see all merchants with their price for that model? So that I can sort by price and see the currently cheapest merchant.
