Na minha opinião esse é o melhor Fallout em termos de história e atmosfera, porém como o jogo já é um pouco antigo não tá disponível em português
Vai fundo, new Vegas é melhor que Fallout 4, se não tiver português baixa uma tradução na net, são bem feitas e completas, pra mim é o melhor Fallout já feito.

Joguei o 3 e o New Vegas
Ambos muito bons
Fallout New Vegas é considerado pela base de fãs (eu incluso) como o melhor Fallout moderno. Tenho 230 horas nele, então sou suspeito pra falar kkk. O que posso te dizer é que em questão de liberdade de gameplay e quantidade de caminhos diferentes pra concluir missões, finais etc, não conheço nenhum jogo que conseguiu superá-lo. Tem tradução na internet pro jogo base, mas as DLC's não tem. Vá sem medo, ele é, pra mim, o melhor jogo da história.
Tem tradução pras dlc Tb mas é só as conversas e quests
A jogabilidade é incrível (como quase todos os games da Bathesda). História nota 10. O único ponto negativo são os bugs. Já fechei o jogo duas vezes e já passei por bugs como: ficar preso na parede, "entrar" no chão, ter companion que desaparece e não consegue mais recrutar nenhum pq o jogo conta que ele ainda está com vc (aí tem que rolar o famoso cheat para remover o companion) etc etc. Mas mesmo com os bugs é um excelente jogo
Os bugs realmente existem até hoje, mesmo após inúmeros patchs. Pra não se frustrar, recomendo aos que forem comprar que instalem dois mods não oficiais que corrigem bugs: Unofficial Patch Plus e Yukichigai Unofficial Patch. Um desses precisa de um terceiro mod pra funcionar, leia a descrição deles e baixe no site nexus. Caso queira, instale também um mod que permite que o jogo use 4GB de RAM (sem ele, o jogo só usa 2GB). Mesmo pra quem nunca instalou mods, vai ver que é bem fácil instalar isso, leva menos de 10 minutos e praticamente elimina bugs no jogo.
