Esse aplicativo não é placebo pois altera frequências, tipo de acesso ao processador, número de núcleos ativos entre outras características do mesmo.
Não é, esse app não é estilo "clean Master" que limpa memória RAM. Isso é um kernel, ele gerencia o processador do cel desde as frequências e núcleos ativos. Óbvio, precisa de root e não é para qualquer usuário Android.
